OUR POLICY & PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OF FAULTY OR UNWANTED ITEMS
For any item you purchase on our online store, the returns policy at www.tonywildcamping.co.uk is very straightforward and above all else, we believe, very fair! Please read on.....
RETURNING FAULTY ACCESSORY ITEMS
In the unlikely situation that you find any item purchased on our website to be faulty then please contact as soon as possible to discuss the nature of the fault via our ‘Message Us’ facility at the bottom of all pages, alternatively email us on email@example.com or call us on 01525 290477. We will then advise you of the appropriate action to sort out the replacement, refund, parts or repair as necessary. You will find that most of our suppliers products carry a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty.
RETURNING FAULTY TENTS OR AWNINGS
If your tent or awning is found to be faulty, develops a fault or has any parts missing, please contact us via ‘Message Us’ facility at the bottom of all pages, alternatively email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01525 290477 to discuss. We will then arrange the replacement, refund, parts or repair as necessary. Please note that any AWNING or TENT that needs to be returned to us must be Clean & Dry (for Health & Safety reasons as well as the well being of the tent/awning), if this is not the case please do not send any tent or awning back until they are Clean & Dry as we will have to return the tent or awning back to you at your expense. Please note that returning of goods is at the owners expense, if the item is deemed to be faulty upon inspection, then a postage cost allowance equivalent to standard costs may be made to the customer by way of recompense. In some cases we may well require to send the tent or awning back to the manufacturer to determine the fault or to make a repair under the warranty conditions, if this is the case you do need to allow up to 28 days. Please be aware however….wear and tear, storm damage, condensation issues or broken poles are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (if you need any replacement poles or parts or even a repair quotation we most probably can help and will do so with minimum fuss and cost…..just give us a call on 01525 290477.
RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS
Changed your mind? If after inspection of any item purchased you decide you would like to return them back to us, simply let us know within 14 days from the date you have received them using ‘Message Us’ facility at the bottom of all pages alternatively email us on email@example.com or call us on 01525 290477. All unwanted item(s) must be returned in a new and unused condition and still with the original packaging. You are entitled to open the packaging and remove your items to inspect the goods, but you are not entitled to change your mind following the use of an item (for instance you cannot change your mind having erected a tent or awning)
Once you have let us know, send it back to us within 14 days (buyer pays return postage/delivery charge). As soon as we receive the goods back we will refund you your full purchase price excluding any delivery charge paid.
You are responsible for sending unwanted items back to us and we do recommend that the items are well packed and that you use a tracked or recorded service which offers you the relevant insurance against damage or loss. Ask at your local Post Office who can usually help you with this.

Once we've received your returned items, please be aware that you need to allow up to 14 days for your refund to processed, bank processing times can vary.
PLEASE INFORM US OF ANY ITEM(S) THAT NEED TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS, AFTER THIS TIME WE CANNOT ACCEPT UNWANTED ITEMS FOR A REFUND. FAULTY ITEMS CAN ONLY BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED AFTER 28 DAYS AND WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER A REFUND AFTER THIS TIME.
